Deposits are required to secure any service and are non-refundable. The deposit amount will be applied towards your desired service. The remaining balance can be paid in Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Deposits can be transferred for a rescheduled appointment.

If you cancel a service on the same day (less than 12 hours), a $20 Cancellation Fee will apply.

For music videos, please send your song along with your name and booking date to hofackermedia@gmail.com. We can also address any questions, comments, or concerns.

​

The standard turnaround time for video editing is 7-14 business days, starting after the day of service. Weekends and holidays are not included in the turnaround time.

 

Faster turnaround options are available for an additional fee:

• 3-5 business day turnaround: +$100

• Next-day turnaround: +$200

Please be on time for your shoots and services. A 20-minute grace period is allowed, but beyond that, time will be deducted from your shoot time, and a fee will be added. If you are 20+ minutes late to your video shoot, there will be a $30 fee (Strictly enforced).

​

Same-day video shoots or projects will have an extra $50 fee.

​

For videos proofed by Hofacker Media LLC, there is a two (2) revision limit within 48 hours of receiving your project. Additional revisions beyond this will incur a $25 fee per revision, depending on the project. All footage will be deleted after 96 hours (4 days) after the client agrees with the final production of the project.

All completed videos will be uploaded to Hofacker Media's YouTube Channel as discussed with the client. An option is available to release the video on the client's channel for an additional +$20.

 

 

Out-of-town services

​

Tim Hofacker is currently located in Ponte Vedra, FL, and will travel by car to surrounding cities and states.

​

An automatic travel fee will be added to services that are not within a 30-mile radius of Tim's home. The traveling fees will vary depending on the location.

​

Tim will not travel by car for distances exceeding a 4-hour commute. For bookings beyond a driving commute, Tim will travel by plane. All plane and hotel expenses will be paid by the client and are not included in the video price. Expenses must be paid and sent to hofackermedia@gmail.com before the booking is fully confirmed.

All expenses included for out-of-town services:

• Round Trip Flight + Bags: Southwest, American Airlines, Delta

• Hotel Bookings: Arrival Date - Departure Date (no motels)
